The International Center for the Study of Eurasia (ICSE) is an independent not-for-profit nonpartisan research and consulting organization. It does not take specific policy positions.
ICSE was created in 2020 as a research network centered on international relations, geopolitics and economy of Eurasian states.
Our primary focus is on ongoing conflicts, emerging economic, political and ideological trends in different parts of the region and their underlying political reality. We rely on a network of academic researchers and experts from Europe, US, Central and South-East Asia.
Most of our analytical papers are not signed because we believe that what is written is more important than who writes it.
