The International Center for the Study of Eurasia (ICSE) is an independent, nonpartisan research and consulting organization that does not take specific policy positions.
ICSE was created in 2020 as a research network centered on international relations, geopolitics, and the economy of Eurasian states.
Our primary focus is on ongoing conflicts, emerging economic, political, and ideological trends in different parts of the region, and their underlying political reality. We rely on a network of academic researchers and experts from Europe, the US, Central, and Southeast Asia.
Most of our analytical papers are not signed because we believe what is written is more important than who writes it.
